Fatma Mosbah – CEO & Founder

After studying Human Resources Management and Labour Law at Toulouse Business School (France), University College of Dublin (Ireland) and the Institute of Political Studies in Toulouse ( France), I joined some of the world biggest companies in IT working as an HR Advisor and as a Training Manager. There, I developed a real expertise in Talent Acquisition, Campus Management, Training, Career Management, Labour Law, HR Communication and HR Projects Development. After IT and new technologies, I joined industrial companies in automotive, aeronautical and nuclear industries as an HR Development Specialist in Morocco and as an HR Generalist in France. I developed, in those companies, strong skills in Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Audit and Change Management.

Following a gap year devoted to travel and discovery (in Asia, Africa, Europe), I decided to move to the UK to set up an innovative, international and people-oriented HR and Recruitment business: Talent Devoted Team.

Talent Devoted Team offers HR and Recruitment Services for UK, France, Morocco and Algeria based clients; in innovative industries (Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Aeronautical, Automotive...), IT, Digital, High Tech, Internet and New Technologies sectors. Besides offering a strong expertise in Human Resources Management, we also offer our services in English, French and North African Arabic.

My primary motivation for this company is to do things differently: by caring more about our clients and candidates needs, than our incomes. My first idea is that we are not obsessed with commission, with selling you HR services or candidates: we want to find you the right profile, the person who will grow and bring something different, something more, to your company. We aim to offer to our clients the very best talent and a real HR expertise, based on a strong HR experience, a deep interest in people, a passion for business, and an acute awareness of the importance to recruit the right people and develop the best talent to make a business grow.
